First article layouts and spectrometer metal certifications are provided to all of our clients along with samples. We can provide castings ranging in weight from just a few ounces up to 30 lbs. If you are concerned with precision in small parts, which many of our clients are, you will be pleased to note that one of our foundries is especially proficient at very fine detail work, including serrations and teeth. We will work hard to provide you with a completely finished part according to your to your specifications. A variety of heat treatments, machining, plating (including zinc chromate), polishing, coatings, assembly services, and even custom packaging can all be quoted at your request.
