GCR was formed by experienced foundry professionals who have combined investment castings experience of over 45 years, as well as many years of experience in sand castings. We saw the need for a well-seasoned team of foundry men to offer a service to the American market for forgings and stampings as well as the manufacturing and distribution of machined parts. Our primary goal was to create a venture that offered world pricing while maintaining the quality and performance of U.S. cast parts.
We have traveled to Asia and spent a great deal of time and effort to locate multiple sources for investment, die casting and imported castings into the U.S. to produce quality equal or better than that of domestic foundries. Chinese castings and other metal products from Asia can also offer customers 15% to 30% savings, in most cases, with the advantage of extremely low tooling cost.
We have also aligned ourselves with an Asian engineering firm, with fifteen years experience in importing castings into the U. S., which provides hands on support and quality audits for our foundries.
Our customers enjoy the advantage of world class prices, good quality castings, plus the technical and engineering support of an American based company which maintains a warehouse in Columbus, MS. Customers are billed FOB from our warehouse and do not deal with customs, tariffs, or import paperwork, GCR handles all the details and you only receive one invoice from us.

The same is also true for your forged parts needs as well as any stamping needs you may have. Our services include die castings as well as various options in sand castings. Our capabilities range from the production of simple sand castings to complex investment castings and technical support services. Global Casting Resources offers parts with black oxide coating and many other options, including zinc plating. We also supply supplementary services that include: Machining, Polishing, Plating, Heat Treat and Assembly.
